*IMPERFECT* Spiral Budget Book Undated

These spiral budget books came, in my opinion, not up to par. MOST OF INSIDE PAGES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION.

The major issue is the binding. THE BINDER RINGS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL, which causes the pages to come out of the rings. But you can, most times, put the pages back into the binding.

Some imperfect books have pages that have ink or maybe dirt on them from production in China, while some have the bookmark ribbon with some dirt on it. 

Please keep in mind that if you purchase one, they are IMPERFECT & THE BINDER RINGS ARE AN ISSUE!
